Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the type of therapy that focuses on the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Cognitive behavioral therapy is beneficial for most clients if used correctly. It can be used alone or with an additional type of therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy can assist clients in managing emotions, dealing with life, stressful moments, and much more.
